Add a property welcome guide

Creating your welcome guide is simple. You can add photos and update the details at any time.

The first time you open the welcome guide, you’ll be asked to fill out essential information for the property.

To fill out your welcome guide, follow these steps:

Log in to your account.
Select the listing if you have more than one property.
Select Property.
Select Welcome guide.
Select Create welcome guide.
Enter your contact information.
Select Save and continue.
Enter Directions and Parking instructions.
Select Save and Continue.
Under How should guests enter your property, select an option from the menu.
Select Save and Continue.
Enter the information related to the Wi-Fi network and its password.
Select Finish.
Select View my welcome guide.

You can also add an amenity to your guide and create instructions for it:

Log in to your account.
Select the listing if you have more than one property.
Select Property.
Select Welcome guide.
Select the Amenities tab.
Select + Add next to any amenity.
Enter your instructions.
- Note: You can select + Add photo if needed.
Select Save.
