Use the mobile owner app to respond to traveler inquiries and manage your reservation requests.

Download the Vrbo owner mobile app:

Respond to travelers' inquiries 

  1. Select the envelope icon to open your Inbox.
  2. Select the inquiry you’d like to check.
    • Use template: You can choose Vrbo default templates.
    • Enter the text to customize your reply.
  3. Attach files to your reply if needed.
  4. Delete the Request Payment field if you want to remove the payment request from your reply.
  5. Select Send

Accept or decline a reservation request 

  1. Select the envelope icon to open your Inbox.
  2. Select the reservation.
  3. Select Accept or Decline.
    • If you select Decline: Choose a template, select Decline or Send, and choose a reason from the list.
