Two-factor authentication is a security feature that helps protect the information in your account. It utilizes two different forms of authentication to verify your identity and enable access to your account from a new or unrecognized device.

Each time you use a new device, or one we don't recognize, you’re prompted to complete two-factor authentication steps.

To authenticate your device:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Select Account Settings.
  4. Under Security, locate Two-factor authentication.
  5. Select Edit.
  6. Enter a phone number, or edit an existing one by adding it as an additional number.
  7. Select whether you’d like to receive your access code via text message or automated phone call on your verified device.
  8. Once you have your code, input it into the site or app from your new device to access your account.

Guidelines

  • Please allow up to one minute for the verification code to come through.
  • Verification codes are valid for 30 minutes. If you haven't authenticated within this time period, request a new code.
  • For your protection, your account is locked if a code is entered incorrectly five times.
  • If you’re locked out of your account, select Contact Us to contact Customer Service.
