The Vrbo network is made up of many different vacation rental sites that offer slightly different products and services. Due to this, the way your payment displays on your credit/debit card statement may vary.

Your credit card payment includes your rental amount and/or service fee. It may show as a single charge or two separate charges.

There are several ways your payment shows on your statement:
  • Pay*VRBO + your reservation ID + Customer service contact number
  • Pay*VRBO + contact number for payment company used
  • VRBO + your reservation ID
  • VRBO Fee + Customer service contact number
Note: The merchant name may vary depending on the point of sale for the booking (FeWo, Abritel, Vrbo, etc.) or which brand the listing is registered under (Expedia).

There are also other products you can purchase with your rental that show separately on your credit card statement:
  • PAY*RDD + your reservation ID: This is for your refundable damage deposit
  • CSA-GGA-DAM/TRIPINSURANC: This is for your Travel Insurance or Accidental Damage Protection policies.
Note: Travelers may contact us about a plan fee they see on their bank statement. If the payment does not show as stated above, the traveler should contact their bank or financial institution. Do not transfer the case to the Billing team.
