What are the review guidelines?

The review guidelines are detailed in our content guidelines.

Reviews are moderated to ensure they meet our security and quality standards.

The most common reason that a review is rejected is that it discloses personal information about the vacation rental owner or property manager, such as:
  • an email address
  • a phone number
  • a last name
Reviews that do not meet our content guidelines are not published on the site.
