To find out when a guest’s payment will be disbursed to your account: 

  1. Log into your account. 
  2. Select Reservation Manager in the left navigation menu.
  3. Select Financial Reporting. 
  4. Select Bank Deposits
  5. Select the arrow to the right of the deposit you want to examine. Here you can see the disbursement date, as well as more details about the disbursement such as Property ID, Reservation ID, Guest Name, and Deposit Amount. 

Payouts are typically disbursed one business day after your guest checks in. Depending on your bank’s policies, the money should be available in your bank account five to seven business days later. If you’re a new partner and your first booking is less than 30 days away, the payout is typically disbursed to your bank account 30 days after the guest’s payment. 
 
You can also view the payout summary report for an overview of your received funds after commission and fees are deducted.
