Located in the Vrbo Owner dashboard, the Edit or cancel booking button allows you to cancel a booking. Follow these steps to cancel a booking on your desktop or via the Vrbo mobile app:
Desktop: Cancel a booking
1. To access your Vrbo account, go to vrbo.com.
2. Select Owner Login from the Log in drop-down menu.
3. Enter your account email address and password.
4. Select Log in.
5. Select Inbox in the navigation menu.
Note: You can also select Reservation manager, followed by Reservations list.
6. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
7. Select the Edit or cancel booking button in the Booking details section.
8. Select Cancel booking.
9. Complete the requested information and select Continue.
Mobile (iOS and Android)
1. Open Vrbo app and tap Inbox.
2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
3. Select Cancel booking in the Edit or Cancel booking section.
4. Complete the requested information and tap Continue.
