There are two ways you can stop receiving text message alerts about your reservation.

Update your traveler profile
  1. Click Login at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select Traveler Login and input login credentials. 
  3. Click on your account name at the top.
  4. Click My Profile.
  5. Click Edit Profile.
  6. Click to remove the checkmark next to Send me text messages about my bookings
  7. Click Save changes
You can also reply STOP to the text message.

Both of these methods will stop any further text messages for your current or any future reservation.
