Integrated Property Managers – Switch from Pay Per Booking to Pay Per Subscription

Important: This article is for Integrated Property Managers (IPMs).

Pay-per-subscription (PPS) is no longer available as a pricing plan. Only those who already have at least one listing on an active PPS plan can convert a listing from pay-per-booking (PPB) to PPS.  

Convert your listing from PPB to PPS:

1. Log in to the Vrbo owner dashboard.
2. Select the listing you want to convert.
3. From the navigation menu, select the Property dropdown menu.
4. Select Property details.
5. In the ‘Listing plan’ section, select Review plan.
6. Select Annual subscription and enter your payment details to pay the subscription fee.

Once the payment is processed, your listing will go live and an expiration date will display to indicate when you’ll need to renew the subscription again.
