How to buy Travel Insurance
You can purchase Travel Insurance when you pay for your booking on our site. You will also be given the opportunity to protect your trip on your confirmation page and through emails sent after your booking is confirmed. You can also visit Generali's online portal.

Cancellation guidelines
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may cancel coverage under the policy within 10 days after receipt and received a full refund. If your reservation is canceled and you will not be using your plan to make a claim, call Generali at 877-880-0975 to cancel your Travel Insurance plan.

Filing claims
You can file a claim with Generali Travel Protection by filling out a claim form, providing the required documentation, and submitting it to the Generali claims department.
