Who do I contact if I have questions about my reservation or need to modify it?
You will need to contact the owner or manager of the property if the answer is not available in your account. If you need to modify your confirmed reservation, you will need to contact them as well. To cancel your reservation, refer to the related article.
Some reservations may not show if you booked through a partner that uses external software. Your reservation will also not be available if you booked outside of the HomeAway system. If you do not see your reservation, contact the owner or manager of the property by replying to emails you received or contacting Customer Support.
