Modify or cancel travel insurance
If you’re not satisfied, you can modify or cancel coverage within 10 days of purchase and receive a full refund by visiting General's online portal. If the owner cancels the reservation, regardless of when coverage was purchased, contact Generali for a refund​​​​​.

File a claim
You can file a claim with Generali Travel Protection by filling out a claim form, providing the required documentation, and submitting it to the Generali claims department.
