When you book a property on our platform, you can submit a review to share your stay experience. 

The option to Leave a Review will become available in your account if these requirements are met: 

  • You are 18 years or older. 
  • You booked and paid for your stay through our website.  
  • Your booking wasn’t canceled more than 24 hours prior to check-in. 
  • You stayed at the property or attempted to fulfill your reservation: 
    • Your booking was canceled within 24 hours of check-in or during the stay.
    • You arrived and the owner sent you to a different property. 
    • You arrived but the owner had double booked so you were not able to stay. 
  • Your stay occurred in the last 180 days.  


If the host reviews you first, you’ll be within the 14-day blind submission period. We’ll notify you by email that you have 14 days left to send your review.
