The Upcoming payouts dashboard is designed to give you clear visibility into all your upcoming payouts for past or future bookings. This dashboard helps you understand your expected cash flow and take action to resolve any issues, ensuring you always get paid on time.

On the dashboard, you can:

  • See all upcoming payouts at a reservation level.
  • Understand the status of each payout (scheduled, pending, or blocked).

Upcoming payouts vs. Pending transactions

The Upcoming payouts dashboard shows all future payouts immediately once we confirm the booking with the traveler. The Pending transactions dashboard only shows the transaction after the traveler checks in when we send the payout to your bank account.

Who can access the dashboard

The Upcoming payouts dashboard is available to:

  • All Vrbo Platform partners with at least one upcoming unpaid booking
  • Partners who qualify for early payouts and have payouts due before check-in
Note: Non-platform partners (e.g., IPMs) and IPMs with EG as Merchant of Record are not eligible.

How to access the dashboard

To access the Upcoming payouts dashboard:

  1. Log into your Vrbo Owner dashboard.
  2. Select the applicable property.
  3. Under Payments, select Statements and reports.
  4. Select Upcoming payouts.

For each reservation with an upcoming payout, you’ll see:

  • Guest Name
  • Reservation ID
  • Property ID
  • Payout account
  • Expected payout date
  • Status
  • Payout amount
    • Note: For any blocked payments, you will also see the reason why the payout is blocked and a link to help you resolve the issue.
