Overview 

The Vrbo Dashboard helps you identify action items quickly while reducing the time you spend on the platform.

There are six modules on your dashboard:

 

Personalized header

The header contains a personalized greeting message for you. Premier Hosts see an icon that directs them to the Premier Host page when clicked.
 

Top Tasks

The Top Tasks module presents your most important and time-sensitive actions to help you improve operational efficiency and provide better guest experiences. 

Some of examples of these tasks include:

  • Responding to messages from guests.
  • Filling out missing payment information.
  • Viewing and responding to booking requests.
  • Readiness actions that weren’t completed during Onboarding.
 

Your guests

The Your guests module provides a clear view of your current and upcoming reservations, as well as the following details pertaining to those reservations:
  • Name of guest and their party size.
  • Stay dates.
  • Unread messages.
 

Notes:

  • Selecting a reservation will provide you with more in-depth information.
  • You can only view up to 3 upcoming reservations in the Your guests module.  
 

How you’re doing

This module provides you with an overview of your property’s performance while providing opportunities for improvement. 

You can view metrics such as:

  • Search impressions within the last 30 days.
  • Property views within the last 30 days.
  • Bookings within the last 30 days.
  • Estimated future revenue for the next 60 days.
 

Just for you

This module contains useful information from Vrbo, local market insights, and tips on how to be a successful partner.
