Provide the required information for your properties to comply with the DAC-7 regulation. 

If you are a European Union (EU) resident, provide the data for all your listed properties. If you are not an EU resident, provide this data only for properties based in the EU. 

You must complete this information for each property separately. If you have the same property listed on Expedia and Vrbo, complete the information in both. 

  1. In your owner's dashboard, select your property.
  2. Select Local Laws from the navigation menu.
  3. Locate the Regulatory requirements section of the page.
  4. Verify and complete the requested information.
  5. Repeat this process for all your properties.

If you don't have some of the required information, refer to the national laws of the relevant Member State to determine how to obtain it or what the equivalent information is under the national law. Provide this information as soon as you obtain it.
