When you need to change dates or update other information for an existing booking or booking request, you can edit the reservation directly from your calendar. You can edit reservations from the time of booking through checkout, including on the checkout day. 

Important: When you change a reservation, your cancellation policy dates are updated to match the stay dates.

  1. Sign in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, select the listing you want to manage.
  3. From the menu, select Calendar.
  4. Hover over the reservation or select the reservation dates in the calendar. 
  5. Select Edit Booking.
    • Note: If there are no payment requests associated with the reservation, the Bookings and blocks panel opens.
  6. Edit or add the required details.
  7. Select Save.
