Follow the steps to check your refund status:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select your account name and choose My Trips.
- Select the reservation you wish to review.
- From the Details page, select Get Refund status.
- A Vrbo chat window will open with the information.
Note: This feature is only available for any refund that has a non-zero amount. For any reservations booked with a property management company, you will need to reach out to the property manager directly.
