Follow the steps to check your refund status: 
  1. Sign in to your account. 
  2. Select your account name and choose My Trips
  3. Select the reservation you wish to review. 
  4. From the Details page, select Get Refund status
  5. A Vrbo chat window will open with the information.  
Note: This feature is only available for any refund that has a non-zero amount. For any reservations booked with a property management company, you will need to reach out to the property manager directly.
