To access your templates:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click Rules & policies.
  4. Click Manage Email Templates.

Once in Manage Email Templates, you can:
  • Add a new template
  • Select an existing template to modify from Select Template
  • Create a new name for the template
  • Categorize the template under Type
  • Personalize your message with tags which auto-populate selected information such as guest and owner names, relevant dates, and property ID
  • Add attachments
  • Remove attachments
