We use Google Maps to verify your location. We mark your property's location with a map pin so that travelers know where your listing is and what attractions it's near. You have two options (Exact Pin and Approximate Pin) for how the map displays your listing.

Checking your map pin placement

  1. Log into your account and choose the relevant listing
  2. Click Edit Listing and the Location tab will open automatically
  3. Scroll down to the map area to confirm your pin is in the correct location
  4. You can use the +/- feature to zoom in
Editing the location for your unpublished listing
To move your map pin, you'll need to change your address. You can only edit a property address if the location has not been verified and the listing has not been published.
  1. Log in to your account
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit
  3. Click on Property in the navigation menu
  4. Click Edit property
  5. Click the Location tab
  6. Click on Where is your rental located?
  7. Edit the address as necessary, click Save
  8. Verify the map marker is correct. Click Next
  9. Continue completing the details for the rest of your listing
Requesting a change in location for a published listing
To edit the address/region of a property for a listing that has been published, please email Customer Support by clicking the Contact Us button. We will only make a change to the property address if there is a typo or missing unit number. We won't change the address to advertise a different property.

Have the following information ready
  • Your property number
  • Full postal address
  • Google map coordinates
  • Proof of address such as a recent utility bill
Note to property owners who use management software
Your address and map pin is only fed to Vrbo when your listing is first enabled. Any latitude/longitude or address corrections you make in your software will not be fed to Vrbo again. If your pin is placed incorrectly, please contact Integrated Property Manager Support.
