You can edit reservations in the Booked, Pre-approved, or Post-stay status. You can't edit Cancelled or Timed out bookings and inquiries. 

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Select the property if you have more than one listing. 
  3. Select Inbox
  4. Select Filters to filter your conversations. 
    • You can also enter the guest's name or reservation ID (Res ID) into the search bar.
  5. Select the guest's name. 
  6. Select Edit booking
  7. Edit or add the information needed. 
  8. Select Save.

When you change a reservation, your cancellation policy dates are updated to match the stay dates.
