Use the mobile owner app to update your calendar, by creating new bookings, blocking dates or editing existing reservations.

Create new bookings 

  1. Select the calendar icon.
  2. Select the range of dates you’d like to edit.
  3. Select Manage these dates.
  4. Select Add booking.
  5. Select the appropriate Status: TentativeReserved or Blocked.
  6. Enter the required information, such as First name, Last name, and guest’s email address.
  7. If you want, you can add a personal note.
  8. Select Done

Block dates 

  1. Select the calendar icon.
  2. Select the range of dates you’d like to edit.
  3. Select Manage these dates.
  4. Select Bookings and blocks.
  5. Select Block dates.

Edit an existing reservation 

When you edit a reservation request, the original request is automatically declined, the traveler's payment is canceled, and a new payment request is created. 
  1. Select the envelope icon to open your Inbox.
  2. Select the reservation.
  3. Select View details.
  4. Select Edit quote.
  5. Update the quote as needed.
  6. Select Review.
  7. Review the updated quote and your message.
  8. Select Pre-approve.
    • Note: Once the payment request is sent, the traveler will need to accept the updated terms and re-enter their payment information to complete the booking, within the following 72 hours.
