Eligible accounts 

Partners can no longer opt into the pay-per-subscription (PPS) model. Only partners who already have at least one listing on the PPS model can use it. Accounts with only pay-per-booking (PPB) plans active are not eligible to purchase a subscription.  

Pay for a listing subscription 

You can pay for your subscription through your account dashboard. You can also contact our sales team by following these steps: 

  1. Select Contact Us. 
  2. Select Purchase or Renew a Listing. 
  3. Select Call to speak to a sales representative. 

All subscriptions must be paid in US dollars. Subscriptions paid for by credit card will automatically renew before the renewal date unless you contact us to opt out of auto-renewal. Accounts with more than 99 listings will not auto-renew. 

Accepted forms of payment: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. 

Pay for your listing subscription 

  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Select the listing you want to renew if you have more than one rental property. 
  3. Select Property. 
  4. Select Property Details. 
  5. Select Review plan. 
  6. Select plan in the Annual subscription column. 
  7. Select payment type and enter billing information. 
  8. Select Next when a total displays under Payment Summary. 
  9. Confirm or update payment information and billing address if needed. 
  10. Accept the Terms and Conditions. 
  11. Select Place Order.
