Pay for your listing subscription
This article explains who is eligible for a listing subscription, how to pay for or renew a subscription, and how to manage automatic renewal.
Eligible accounts
Partners can no longer opt in to the pay-per-subscription (PPS) model.
- You can purchase or renew a listing subscription if you already have at least one listing on a PPS plan.
- You cannot purchase a subscription if all of your listings are on pay-per-booking (PPB) plans.
Ways to pay or renew your listing subscription
Set up automatic renewal
If you have fewer than 99 properties, you can turn on automatic renewal so you don’t have to worry about renewing your subscription every year. You can update your payment method or turn automatic renewal off at any time.
To update your automatic renewal settings:
- Sign in to the Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
- Select the account icon, then choose Account settings.
- Go to Payment preferences.
- Select Manage Subscription.
- If needed, update your payment method:
- To add a new credit card, select Add a new card.
- To edit an existing credit card, select the pencil icon.
- If needed, turn automatic renewal on or off:
- To enable automatic renewal, turn Auto Renew on.
- To disable automatic renewal, turn Auto Renew off.
Pay through the Vrbo Owner Dashboard
To pay your subscription online:
- Sign in to the Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
- If you manage multiple properties, select the listing you want to renew.
- From the menu, select Property.
- Select Property details.
- Select Review plan.
- In the Annual subscription column, select the plan you want.
- Select a payment type and enter the billing information.
- When a total appears in Payment Summary, select Next.
- Confirm or update the payment information and billing address.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Place Order.
Contact the Vrbo sales team
To pay by phone with a sales representative:
- Go to the bottom of this page and select Contact Us.
- If prompted, select I’m an Owner or I’m a Property Manager.
- Select Purchase or Renew a Listing.
- Select Call to speak with a sales representative.
How payment and renewal work
- All subscriptions must be paid in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Subscriptions paid by credit card automatically renew before the renewal date unless you contact us to opt out.
- Accounts with more than 99 listings don't automatically renew.
