Responsiveness metrics

It’s important to respond to guest communications and booking requests in a timely manner. You can view your responsiveness metrics in the Vrbo inbox:

  • Response rate: Percentage of traveler inquiries you responded to within 24 hours in the past 30 days.
  • Response time: Average amount of time it took you to respond to a customer’s inquiry over the last 30 days.
  • Booking request acceptance rate: Percentage of booking requests you accepted over the last 30 days.

We calculate your responsiveness metrics to help you understand and improve your guest relations.
