When you receive booking requests, you may find that some guests have a badge that says “Verified Identity” next to their name. The verified identity badge indicates that Vrbo has confirmed the following information:
- Physical address
- Date of birth
- Other personal information
Once the booking request is accepted, a guest’s basic contact information, like their email address and phone number, is shared so that you can keep in contact.
Currently, there’s no way for a property owner or manager to require a guest to confirm their identity before sending a booking request.
