Delisted or restricted listings are those that have been suspended by Vrbo. See common reasons for delisting below:

Non-compliance

Listings are delisted due to inaccurate or incomplete registration information. This may include:

  • Missing documentation
  • Incorrect property types
  • Incorrect/incomplete permit numbers
  • Expired information

Update your registration information in your Vrbo dashboard, then select Contact Us to notify IPM Support and submit a relist request to our Compliance team. 

Health & Safety

Our Health & Safety team will communicate any issues to you via email. Reply to any Health & Safety emails to resolve the issue. IPM Support cannot relist properties on behalf of the Health & Safety team.

Property complaints

Listings will be restricted if you are unresponsive to Vrbo Support emails regarding a traveler complaint. Reply to the emails with the requested documentation to relist your property. 

Marketplace violations

If your listings have been restricted due to a Marketplace Violation, you’ll receive an email from the Policy Enforcement or Trust & Safety team. Reply to all emails from these teams with the requested documentation to ensure the issue is resolved. IPM Support cannot relist on behalf of these teams.

Select Contact Us and notify IPM Support if your listings are restricted for an unknown reason.
