Integrated Property Managers – Pre-approve travelers and reply to inquiries with a quote

The ability to pre-approve travelers isn't supported on your Property Management Software.

Advise travelers to submit a request to book the property directly on Vrbo.com. Additionally, if your booking type is ‘Instant book’, a traveler must select ‘Book Now’.

• Note: You can’t send pre-approvals or quotes to a traveler through an inquiry directly in your Vrbo inbox. If a traveler is added to your calendar before they book, this will lead to an offline booking and incur a 10% commission charge.
