Reviews can be transferred from one Vrbo listing to another for the following reasons:
- A new listing was created for a property previously listed on Vrbo.
- A traveler left a review on a property but stayed at a different property/listing.
Request a review transfer
Select Contact Us and notify the IPM Support team of your request to transfer reviews from one Vrbo listing to another Vrbo listing, providing the team with both listing numbers.
Note: Review transfers may take up to 24 hours to display on the Vrbo site and in your Vrbo dashboard.
Conditions for transferring to new listings
If you’re transferring reviews to a newly created listing for a previously listed property, the following criteria must first be met:
- You’ve provided the new and old Vrbo listing numbers.
- The old listing is in ‘inactive’ status.
- The new listing is in ‘active’ status.
- The address of both listings match.
