Integrated Property Managers - Add additional properties
As an IPM all new listings will be created within your integrated software. Your software will enable new listings to feed to your Vrbo dashboard. Once the new listing(s) populates in the Vrbo dashboard, the minimum content requirements must be completed before the listing can go live.
Minimum content includes photos, headline, description, rates, lodging policies or rules, and completed local laws information.
Allow up to 24 hours for the listing and minimum content to populate to Vrbo. If the content is incomplete after 24 hours, check that all required content is fulfilled within your software and contact Vrbo integrated support.
Listing status on the My properties page
The following statuses may show for your properties on the My properties page.- Active: The listing’s content is complete and has been pushed to active status.
- Incomplete: The listing is missing the minimum content required. Refer to the description under the Incomplete status for notes on what content is needed.
- Inactive: The listing has been hidden or paused by you. Reactivate the listing on the property Details page of your dashboard.
- Restricted: The listing has been suspended by Vrbo. Contact Integrated Support for information on reinstatement.
- Archived: The listing has been archived and removed from your property list. Filter by Archived to view these listings. Navigate to the Manage dropdown and select Unarchive to move listing back to the main property list.
- Pending Publication: The listing is undergoing review by Vrbo. Contact Integrated support if this status does not change after 24 hours.
- Not Bookable: Property is unable to be booked. Contact Vrbo support
