We use Google Maps to verify your location. We mark your property's location with a map pin so that guests know where your listing is and what attractions are close by.

Your listing’s location can be displayed precisely (Exact pin) or approximately (Approximate pin) on the map.

Check your map pin placement

  1. Log in to your account and choose the relevant listing.
  2. Select Edit property.
  3. Select the Location tab.
  4. View map area to confirm your pin is in the correct location.

Note: You can use the +/- feature to zoom in.

Requesting a change in location for a listing

To edit the address or region of a property for a listing, contact customer support using the Contact Us button. We only make a change to the property address if there’s a typo or missing unit number. We won't change the address to advertise a different property.

Before contacting Customer Service, have the following information ready:

  • Your property number
  • Full postal address
  • Google map coordinates
  • Proof of address such as a recent utility bill

Property owners who use management software

Your address and map pin are only made available to us when your listing is first enabled. Any latitude/longitude or address corrections you make in your software aren’t made available to us again. If your pin is placed incorrectly, please contact Integrated Property Manager (IPM) Support.
