Update your property’s map location
We use Google Maps to verify your property’s location. We mark your property's location with a map pin so guests can see where your listing is and what attractions are close by.
Your listing’s location can be displayed precisely (exact location) or approximately (general area) on the map.
Check your map pin placement
To review or update your property's map pin:
- Log into your account and select the listing.
- Go to Property, then Edit property.
- Open the Location tab.
- Select Map and address settings.
- Make sure Show your property’s exact location (recommended) is selected.
Request a location change
If your property’s address or region needs to be corrected, contact Vrbo Support using the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page.
Note: We only update addresses to fix typos or add missing details (like a unit number). We don’t change addresses to advertise a different property.
Before contacting Vrbo Support, please have the following ready:
- Your property number
- Full postal address
- Google Maps coordinates
- Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill)
For property owners using management software
If you use property management software, your address and map pin are only shared with us when your listing is first enabled. Any latitude/longitude or address corrections you make in your software aren't automatically sent to Vrbo.
If your map pin’s placement is incorrect, contact Integrated Property Manager (IPM) Support.
