You can resend a payment request to remind a guest to complete an unpaid payment.

 

Resend a payment request

  1. Log in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, select the listing you want to manage.
  3. From the menu, select Inbox.
  4. Select the guest’s name to open the conversation.
  5. In Payment schedule, select the payment you want to resend.
  6. Select Actions.
  7. Select Resend payment request.
  8. Select Yes, resend request to confirm.

 

Standard payments

  • You can send up to three standard payment requests.
  • Standard payment requests are sent when you pre-approve a guest to book a stay.

 

Additional payments

Use extra charge payment requests when you need to charge fees that do not apply to every reservation.

Examples include:

  • Boat fees
  • Parking permits
  • Pool heating charges

These payments must be paid by the guest before they complete their stay.
