Resend a payment request
You can resend a payment request to remind a guest to complete an unpaid payment.
Resend a payment request
- Log in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
- If you manage multiple properties, select the listing you want to manage.
- From the menu, select Inbox.
- Select the guest’s name to open the conversation.
- In Payment schedule, select the payment you want to resend.
- Select Actions.
- Select Resend payment request.
- Select Yes, resend request to confirm.
Standard payments
- You can send up to three standard payment requests.
- Standard payment requests are sent when you pre-approve a guest to book a stay.
Additional payments
Use extra charge payment requests when you need to charge fees that do not apply to every reservation.
Examples include:
- Boat fees
- Parking permits
- Pool heating charges
These payments must be paid by the guest before they complete their stay.
