1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Select the listing if you have multiple properties.   
  3. Select Inbox
  4. Select Filters to filter your conversations. 
    • You can also enter the guest's name or reservation ID (Res ID) into the search bar.
  5. Select the guest's name. 
  6. Select Actions on the payment request from the Payment schedule
  7. Select Resend payment request
  8. Select Yes, resend request


Standard payments 
You can send up to three standard payment requests, which are sent when you pre-approve a guest to book a stay.  

Additional payments 
You can send up to five additional payment requests. Additional payment requests are a great way to add on additional fees that may not apply to every reservation (for example, boat fees, parking permits, or pool heating charges) for the guest to pay before completing their stay.
