- Log in to your account.
- Select the appropriate listing if you have multiple properties.
- Select Inbox.
- Select the guest's name.
- Under Payment schedule, select the payment you want to resend a request for.
- Select Actions.
- Select Resend payment request.
- Select Yes, resend request.
Standard payments
You can send up to three standard payment requests, which are sent when you pre-approve a guest to book a stay.
Additional payments
You can send up to five additional payment requests. Additional payment requests are a great way to add additional fees that may not apply to every reservation (for example, boat fees, parking permits, or pool heating charges) for the guest to pay before completing their stay.
