You're booking travel, earning rewards, and on your way to saving cash – great news! If you want to view your balance or find out what to do if you think OneKeyCash or trip elements might be missing, you're in the right place.  

How to view your balance  
  1. Sign in.  
  2. Select your profile. 
  3. Select View rewards activity. 
That's where you'll see your rewards balance and progress toward the next membership level.  

How to claim missing OneKeyCash or trip elements  

Does your balance seem off? Let's dig into that. First, know that there's a wait time between when you finish traveling and when OneKeyCash and trip elements show up in your Rewards Activity in your account.  

Here's when you should see them in your account:  
 
Eligible Booking OneKeyCash and Trip Element Confirmation Timing 
Hotel paid at time of booking (“Pay Now”) Up to 3 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Hotel paid at time of stay (“Pay Later”) Up to 35 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Accommodation Rental (“Pay Now”) Up to 45 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Accommodation Rental (“Pay Later”) Up to 45 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Flights Up to 10 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Packages Up to 3 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Car (“Pay Now”) Up to 3 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Car (“Pay Later”) Up to 90 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Activities Up to 3 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 
Cruise Up to 45 days after the Eligible Booking is completed 

Good to know  

  • You must be signed in when you book to automatically earn OneKeyCash and trip elements.  
  • Your monthly One Key account email is a good place to stay up to date on your account activity.  
  • If you change or cancel your booking, we'll adjust your OneKeyCash and trip element balance accordingly.  
  • Your OneKeyCash will expire if you don't earn or use any for 18 months. 
    • If you have received OneKeyCash from a special offer, they may expire sooner than 18 months.  Review the terms and conditions of the offer to confirm.
