Hosts impacted by a natural disaster
If your property is impacted by a natural disaster, our customer support team is here for you 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Examples of natural disasters include earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, landslides, tornados, cyclones, flooding, wildfires, large-scale outages of essential utilities, and other historically severe or abnormal weather events. See About Extenuating Circumstances Policy for events that are covered and not covered by the policy.
When this happens, you can temporarily hide your listing, so you don't have to worry about declining new booking requests.
Once you're ready to accept bookings again, simply unhide your listing so that it appears in search results again.
