If you booked your vacation rental and completed an initial payment through HomeAway Payments™, you should receive a second email requesting you to submit your additional scheduled payment(s) as the reservation date approaches.  When you click the link in the email you may find that the link may not work preventing you from submitting your remaining payment.

This problem occurs when the property manager that manages the vacation rental upgrades their HomeAway account to direct funds into their software of choice causing potential disruption to reservations and possibly resulting in the distribution of cancellation notices. You should contact the property manager directly to review your reservation and coordinate the specifics of any remaining payments.
