Important 
Vrbo doesn’t currently offer any way to split instalment payments across separate cards. However, the host may offer installment payments. If they do, you can use different cards for each installment.

Credit card 

  • Make sure your credit card and billing information is entered correctly. 
  • Confirm your card hasn’t expired. 
  • Confirm the booking cost doesn’t exceed the credit card transaction limit. Some banks may restrict your ability to pay online or block transactions for fraud protection. Please contact your bank after verifying the information above if you’re still having issues. 
  • Use an alternative credit card to make payment. 

Booking errors 

Confirm the following:

  • Reservation dates are still available. 
  • The payment request or reservation hasn’t been canceled.
  • You haven’t selected the Submit button more than once when making a payment. 
Note: Payments may take several minutes to process after you commit to a reservation.  
Device
  • If you have been using a phone or mobile app. Attempt to make payment using a web browser on a computer.
  • Clear the cache and cookies on your browser.
  • Try an incognito browsing window.
Postal code
  • Spaces are not allowed, make sure they are removed. 
  • Check the address provided in Google maps and make sure it’s the correct postal/zip code.
  • Include 00000 or XXXXX as an alternative for the zip code.   

Countries where payments can't be processed 

Some listings won’t accept online payments from the following countries. If your bank is located in one of these countries, your online payment request can’t be processed:
