Integrated Property Managers - Manage existing reservations after integration
Important: This article is for Integrated Property Managers (IPMs).
Reservations made before your integration onboarding are still valid, but you must block the reservation period in your Property Management Software’s (PMS) calendar to prevent double bookings. The reservation details won’t be visible in your PMS, it will only display as a calendar block.
- Note: Don’t recreate these existing reservations, as this will result in an offline booking commission being charged to your account.
Pending Payments/Payouts
All reservations made pre-integration will still be collected by Vrbo and paid out to you as before integration.
Cancellations
If any pre-integration reservations need to be canceled, you can still change the status of the reservation in the Vrbo dashboard.
Modifications
Modify existing reservations through the Vrbo dashboard. If you adjust the reservation dates, also update the manual calendar block made on your PMS calendar to reflect this.
Refunds
All refunds due to the traveler after you have integrated must be processed outside of Vrbo directly to the traveler.
