Guests can send you a change request from their guest account. They can request to change booking dates, the number of guests, check-in time, or any other detail of the booking. 

Note: When you change a reservation, your cancellation policy dates are updated to match the stay dates.

 

  1. Log in to your account. 

  1. View the request in your Inbox

  1. Reply to the guest to accept or decline the request. 

  1. Create a payment request or payment refund if you need to change the reservation price.
