Guests with service animals
All properties in the United States and U.S. territories must accommodate guests who require the use of a service animal. This applies regardless of a property’s normal House Rules pet policy.
You're not required to disclose the presence of a service animal or provide documentation, evidence of training, or specialized certification. However, we encourage open communication so that the host may make reasonable accommodations for the stay.
Emotional support animals are exempt from this policy since they don't have specific task training related to disability. If you have an emotional support animal, you should discuss accommodations with the host.
If you believe you have been denied a booking because of a service animal, please use the Contact Us button to speak to Customer Support.
Vrbo's full policy and can be found in About the service animal policy.
