All properties in the United States and U.S. territories must accommodate guests who require the use of a service animal. This applies regardless of a property’s normal House Rules pet policy.

You are not required to disclose the presence of a service animal or provide documentation, evidence of training, or specialized certification. However, we encourage open communication so that the owner or property manager may make reasonable accommodations for the stay.

Emotional support animals are exempt from this policy since they do not have specific task training related to disability. If you have an emotional support animal, you should discuss accommodations with the property owner or manager.

If you believe you have been denied a booking because of a service animal, please contact Customer Support by clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.
