Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once an account is deleted, you will no longer have access to historic booking information, and neither will Customer Support, which means they won’t be able to help you with past bookings. 

If you’re currently on a trip or have upcoming trips attached to the account, you’ll need to wait until these are completed to request account deletion. 

Follow the steps below to delete your traveler account:


Vrbo website

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Select My profile.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Delete account and proceed through the prompts to confirm account deletion.


Vrbo mobile apps

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. At the bottom-right of the app, select the account icon.  
  3. Scroll to the bottom of this page/screen. 
  4. Select Delete account and proceed through the prompts to confirm account deletion.
 

One Key Members

If you’ve joined One Key and now have one account across Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo, you'll follow a different set of steps.

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Select your name, then My profile.
  3. Select Settings. then navigate to the Account Management section.
  4. Select Delete Account.

If you delete your account after joining our new simplified experience, we’ll delete everything across Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo.
