Vrbo sends out Marketing emails, which include promotional opportunities and similar offers. You can change your email preferences to stop receiving them, but we recommend you keep these enabled so that you don't miss any offers.
Opt-in/out of marketing emails
- Log in to your Traveler account.
- Select My Profile, followed by Communication preferences.
- Under Recommendations, check the Email box to opt-in or uncheck to opt-out.
To opt back into marketing emails, select
Contact Us and request assistance from the support team.
