From your Vrbo Owner Dashboard or Vrbo Owner mobile app, you can export the reservation calendar for each of your live properties.

Use this exported calendar to sync reservations with other calendars or booking platforms to help keep your availability up to date.

 

Export your calendar from the Vrbo Owner Dashboard 

  1. Log in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, go to the listing you want to update.
  3. In the menu, select Calendar.
  4. In Settings, go to the Availability tab.
  5. Under Calendar sync, select Connect calendars.
  6. Select Export calendar.
  7. Optional: Select Include tentative bookings. For more information about selecting this option, see Export tentative reservations below.
  8. Select Copy URL.
  9. Follow the instructions provided by your external calendar or booking website to import the calendar using the copied URL.

Note: If your external calendar or software does not support calendar subscriptions by URL, you can download the calendar file and manually import it instead.

 

Export your calendar from the Vrbo Owner mobile app

  1. Open the app.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, go to the listing you want to update.
  3. Tap Calendar.
  4. Tap ⚙ settings.
  5. Tap the Availability tab.
  6. Under Calendar sync, tap Connect calendars.
  7. Optional: Under Step 1: Export your Vrbo calendar, tap Include tentative bookings. For more information about selecting this option, see Export tentative reservations below.
  8. Tap Copy link.
  9. Follow the instructions provided by your external calendar or booking website to import the calendar using the copied URL.
  10. Optional: Complete Step 2: Import external calendar.

 

Export tentative reservations

If you select Include tentative bookings, tentative reservations appear as blocked dates in the exported calendar.

Before enabling this option, please note:

  • If you also import that same external calendar back into your Vrbo reservations calendar, you may experience payment issues for those dates.
  • You should only include tentative bookings when exporting to a private calendar, not when exporting to another booking site.
