About pending reservation requests
Vrbo will send you an email when a guest submits a reservation request. A hold will be placed on your calendar and you won’t receive further requests for those dates until you respond. You have 24 hours to respond to the request. If you don’t respond in 24 hours, the request is automatically declined.
You can find pending reservation requests in your account.
- Select Inbox.
- Select the Booking requests quick filter button.
It’s important to respond to reservations requests in a timely manner. You can see your booking request acceptance rates in your Vrbo Host inbox.
