Text message (SMS) alerts notify you immediately of any booking requests or inquiries received via the app. This allows you to respond more quickly. 
Note: Owners who respond to inquiries within 3 hours are 2.5 times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. 

Add or edit text alerts

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing on the ‘My Properties’ page, select the one you want to add or edit text alerts for.
  3. Select Property from the navigation menu.
  4. Select Edit property from the drop-down menu.
  5. In the Property Details section, select Contact information.
  6. Select the appropriate Contact owner role.
  7. In the Contact selector, select the correct Contact or Add new contact.
  8. Go to the ‘Text message alerts’ section and select your country code from the drop-down menu.
  9. Enter your full mobile number (excluding the country code). 
  10. Select Save.  
  11. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number. 
  12. Select Save.  


Stop receiving text alerts 

  1. Follow steps 1 to 7 above.
  2. Uncheck the box next to ‘Send me a text message every time I get an inquiry or a reservation request’.
  3. Select Save

Note: If you have multiple listings that you want to add or edit text message alerts for, you must follow the above process for each listing.
