1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, select the one you want to edit.
  3. Select the Property icon in the navigation menu.
  4. Select Edit property.
  5. Select the Contacts tab.
  6. Go to the SMS alerts section and select your country code from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Enter your full mobile number, excluding the country code.
  8. Select Save
  9. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
  10. Select Save.


Text alerts explained

You receive text message alerts for initial inquiries and booking requests. To stop alerts from being sent to this number, you may replace it with a new number or remove the checkmark next to Send me a text message every time I get an inquiry or a reservation request
 

Note to owners

Owners who respond within the first three hours of receiving an inquiry or booking request are two and a half times more likely to get the booking than owners who wait 24 hours or more. Receiving your inquiries and booking requests via text message (SMS) is one way to be notified of a rental inquiry and respond quickly.
