Within your rates settings, you can add a standard minimum stay that applies to every night on your calendar year. If you have certain times of the year where you need a different minimum stay, you can override it.

To set a base minimum night requirement:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the listing if you have more than one rental property.
  3. Select Calendar from the menu, then select Settings.
  4. Select Minimum night stay and enter your minimum night requirement.
  5. Select Save.

To override your base minimum night requirement:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the listing if you have more than one rental property.
  3. Select Calendar from the menu.
  4. Select the specific date or date range on the calendar.
  5. The Manage dates panel will appear on the right.
  6. Under Minimum Stay, select your minimum night requirement.
  7. Select Save.

When a guest books your property, the minimum night stay requirement is taken from the check-in date. For example, if your listing has a one-night minimum stay from Monday to Thursday and a three-night minimum stay from Friday to Sunday, a guest could book their stay to start on Thursday and only book one or two nights.

To view your minimum night stay requirements on your calendar:
  1. From the Calendar, select Show or hide.
  2. Select the slider beside Minimum night stay.
  3. Blue indicates that the Minimum night stay is displayed

A warning icon in your calendar means that guests are unable to book on those days. To correct this, try adding more days when guests can check-in and out, or allowing shorter stays.
