Integrated Property Managers - Modify a reservation
As an Integrated Property Manager, you must make all reservation changes directly in your property management software (PMS).
Important: If you need to change a reservation that was made before you completed integration onboarding, see Manage existing reservations after integration.
Types of reservation modifications
Reservation changes in your PMS may include:
- Stay date changes
- Listing or property changes
- Quote changes (for example, discounts or added fees)
- Guest count changes
- Booking status changes (such as cancellations)
After you change the reservation
Allow 24 hours for the Booking Update Service to update Vrbo accounts with your changes.
Stay date changes
- Date changes are reflected on Vrbo accounts.
- The Vrbo service fee does not update when stay dates are added or removed.
Rate or fee changes
- Rate and fee changes are not reflected on Vrbo accounts.
- Make sure to collect added payments or issue refunds directly through your payment processor.
