All changes to reservations must be made within your Property Management Software. Allow 24 hours for the Booking Update Service to update Vrbo accounts with your modifications.
Reservation modifications may include:
- Stay date changes
- Listing/property changes
- Changes to quotes (for example, discounts or additional fees)
- Changes in guest count
- Booking status changes (cancellations)
Notes:
- While date modifications will be reflected, rate/fee modifications will not reflect on Vrbo accounts. Ensure you collect or refund any amounts due with your payment processor.
- The Vrbo service fee does not update if additional days are added or reduced.
