The Property Manager dashboard allows you to manage all your properties in one place.  
  1. Log in to your account. 
  2. Under Select a Property, select See all properties
  3. Select Download CSV to download an inventory of all your properties 
  4. Select one or more properties from the list and make the desired changes. 
Filters 
Use the filters menu to see a list of all your properties matching the selected criteria. You can select more than one filter at a time. This is particularly helpful when you want to make changes in bulk. 
  • Status: Current status of your listing. For example, expired or archived. 
  • Tags: Personalized groups that you create to manage your properties more easily. For example, beachfront or Santa Monica. 
  • Plan: Payment plan that applies to a listing. For example, annual subscription. 


Manage your properties in bulk 

Select one or more properties from the list to show the following managing options at the top. These options are available to make changes to one property only or several properties at a time. 

Change tags 
Use this feature to add or remove existing tags to your listings. It also allows you to access the tags page where you can add new tags and edit/delete current ones. 

Archive/unarchive 
You must hide a listing before you can archive it. If you attempt to use this feature for non-eligible listings, you won’t be able to continue the process.   
After you unarchive a listing you will have to reactivate it to see it live on the site. 

Convert to Pay-per-booking  
Only listings with Unassigned and Expired status can be converted to Pay-per-booking. If your subscription listing is on auto-renewal, be sure to Turn Off Auto-Renew prior to expiration. 
If you attempt to use this feature for non-eligible listings, you won’t be able to continue the process.
