From the Vrbo Owner Dashboard (desktop) or the Vrbo Owner mobile app, you can manage calendars imported from other booking platforms to help you keep your Vrbo availability accurate.

 

View or update an imported calendar

You can review and change an imported calendar’s URL or name at any time.

If the calendar won’t import or you see an error, see our Troubleshooting section.

Vrbo Owner Dashboard 

  1. Log in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, go to the listing you want to update.
  3. In the menu, select Calendar.
  4. In Settings, go to the Availability tab.
  5. Under Calendar sync, select Connect calendars.
  6. Select Manage imported calendars.
  7. Select the calendar you want to view or update.
  8. Optional: Enter a new Calendar URL.
  9. Select Next.
  10. Optional: Enter a new Imported calendar name.
  11. Select Save. 

Vrbo Owner mobile app 

  1. Open the app.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, go to the listing you want to update.
  3. Tap Calendar.
  4. Tap ⚙ settings.
  5. Tap the Availability tab.
  6. Under Calendar sync, tap Connect calendars.
  7. Tap the calendar’s name.
  8. Optional: Edit the Name and Calendar link as needed, then tap Update.

 

Remove a calendar 

You can delete an imported calendar when you need to stop syncing availability from that source.

Vrbo Owner Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, go to the listing you want to update.
  3. In the menu, select Calendar.
  4. In Settings, go to the Availability tab.
  5. Under Calendar sync, select Connect calendars.
  6. Select Manage imported calendars.
  7. Find the calendar you want to remove and select the 🗑 trash icon.
  8. Select Go ahead to confirm. 

Vrbo Owner mobile app

  1. Open the app.
  2. If you manage multiple properties, go to the listing you want to update.
  3. Tap Calendar.
  4. Tap ⚙ settings.
  5. Tap the Availability tab.
  6. Under Calendar sync, tap Connect calendars.
  7. Tap the calendar’s name.
  8. Tap Remove.
  9. Confirm that you want to remove the calendar.
