You are responsible for creating invoices of the rental price when requested by the guest. Vrbo can only provide invoices of the service fee, which is paid directly to us.
 

Create an invoice

If the guest requests an invoice of the entire rental amount, it's your job to create and send it. You can do this for free using online services; check your local regulations to see what information should be included in the invoice prior to sending.

Find the invoice amount

To find the correct amount for the invoice, you'll deduct the service fee collected by Vrbo from the guest's total payment:
  1. Sign in to your Vrbo Owner Dashboard.
  2. In the menu, go to Inbox.
  3. Select a booking open it.
  4. Under Payment summary, select View full payment details.
  5. Deduct the Guest service fee from the Total guest payment to get the correct invoice amount.
