You can rate your guests when they book your property paying through our sites. When a guest submits a booking request and they’ve been rated by previous owners, their rating will display within the conversation for the owner. 

Review process

  • On checkout day, a marketplace feed card will display in your account to review your guest.
  • You will receive an email three days after the stay if you haven’t reviewed your guest yet.
  • You can rate guests from one to five stars on their overall experience, cleanliness, communication, and adherence to house rules.

Review timeline

  • You and your guests have 180 days to provide your review.
  • Once one party submits their review, the other party has 14 days to complete their review. The reviews are private during this 14-day period.
  • Once the 14 days elapse or both parties complete their reviews, the reviews will go live on the site.

Reviews can’t be edited after they’ve been submitted. However, you and your guests can contact Customer Service and send a request to remove a review. 

Guest ratings visibility

  • Guest ratings aren’t public. Only you have access to the guest’s average star rating within your account.
  • Once a booking is complete, you will continue to have access to the guest’s star rating.
  • Guests can access their own average rating within their profile.
