Reviews are an important part of your listing. They help guests make informed decisions about your property and the booking experience you provide. 
 
Our Content Guidelines expressly prohibit extorting owners/managers or guests for money or any other consideration. 

  • Guests can't threaten to use a review against you to obtain refunds or additional compensation. 
  • Owners/managers can’t mandate a review in exchange for refunds, or ask the guest to revise a review for compensation. 

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if these guidelines aren’t met.
